Information We Collect

• Account data you provide, such as email address and profile details
• Content you create in the app, such as campaigns, character sheets, and chat messages
• Technical data, such as your IP address and browser details, recorded with your sign-in session and in our hosting provider's server logs
• Information from an account you link, such as your Discord account if you sign in with it or connect it to the app

How We Use Information

• Provide and improve core features, including account access and game collaboration
• Maintain service reliability, performance, and security
• Send the account email you need, such as address verification, password resets, and billing notices, and reply when you contact support

What Other People Can See

Parts of Manaflo are public by design. Your creator profile, the content you publish to the vault, and the username and avatar shown alongside it can be seen by anyone on the internet, including people who are not signed in. Likes are recorded against your account. Inside a game, the people you play with can see the characters, messages, notes, and other content you create there. Anything you have not published, and that is not in a game you share, is not visible to other users.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly; we never see or store them. What we keep is a customer reference, your subscription status, and the billing dates we need in order to give you the access you paid for.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and local storage to remember interface preferences. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party trackers. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser when a page loads. Inside the app, a note can embed a YouTube video; those load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain and set cookies only if you play them. You can control cookies in your browser settings, though signing in requires the session cookie.

How We Share Information

• With service providers that help run core functions like hosting, billing, authentication, and support
• With Discord, if you choose to sign in with it or link it, so we can confirm your account and grant the subscriber role
• When required by law or valid legal process
• To protect users, prevent abuse, or enforce platform policies

Data Retention

We retain data as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. Sign-in sessions expire after seven days, and the record behind each one, including the IP address and browser details described above, is deleted automatically once it does. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account removes your published content and cancels any active subscription.

Your Privacy Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data by contacting support@manaflo.com. Deletion is also available directly in your account settings. Export is handled manually, and we will provide a copy of your account data within 30 days of a verified request. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children's Privacy

Manaflo is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will review and remove it as appropriate.

Where Your Information Is Held

Manaflo is operated from the United States, and your information is stored and processed there by us and by our service providers. If you use Manaflo from outside the United States, your information is being sent to the United States.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date below and post the revised policy on this page.
