Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using Manaflo, including subscriptions, content, and platform conduct.

Manaflo is operated by Manaflo LLC. By creating an account or using Manaflo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Accounts
- You are responsible for activity on your account
- Provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure
Beta Service
Manaflo is in beta. Features may change, be removed, or stop working while we build, and we may need to migrate or reset data in ways that cannot always be undone. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Beta pricing is introductory and is covered under Price Changes below.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features are offered through a recurring monthly subscription. It renews automatically each month and the payment method on file is charged on each renewal date, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. A free trial does not require a payment method, and if you never add one the trial ends on its own and you are not charged. Current pricing and trial length are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. After a subscription ends, content you published to the vault stays published, and you can still unpublish or delete any of it at any time. Publishing new content, importing, and creating collections require an active subscription.
Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing. Manaflo is in beta and the current price is introductory, so expect it to change when the product leaves beta. We will email the address on your account at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and the change takes effect at your next renewal after that notice. If you do not want to continue at the new price, cancel before that renewal.
Refunds
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, fees are non-refundable after payment for the current billing period.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content
- Do not reverse engineer or scrape the service in violation of applicable law
User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create in Manaflo. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and maintain the service. Publishing content to the vault makes it publicly visible, and by publishing it you confirm you have the right to share it. You also grant other Manaflo users a non-exclusive license to copy published content into their own games and to adapt it there for their own use. That license covers use inside Manaflo only and transfers no ownership. Unpublishing stops new copies being made; it does not reach copies someone already made.
Other Users and Public Content
Manaflo is collaborative, and parts of it are public. Anyone in a game with you can see the characters, messages, notes, and other content you create in it, and whoever owns the game can remove players from it. Content you publish to the vault, along with your username and avatar, is visible to anyone on the internet, including people who are not signed in. We do not control what other people do with what they can see, and we are not responsible for other users' content or conduct.
Intellectual Property
Manaflo, including software, branding, and design elements, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy or redistribute platform assets.
Third-Party Intellectual Property
Manaflo is an independent tool for running tabletop roleplaying games. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, and we ship no content from any commercial game publisher. Most of what is in the vault was created and published by the people who use Manaflo; some of it was created and published by us. Either way, every character, item, spell, and shop in the app was written by whoever entered it. You are responsible for holding the rights to anything you upload or publish.
Copyright and Repeat Infringers
We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement. If you believe content published on Manaflo infringes a copyright you hold, our copyright policy explains how to send a notice and how the person who posted the content can respond. In appropriate circumstances we terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version with a new effective date.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manaflo LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to the fullest extent the law permits.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manaflo LLC from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of content you upload or publish, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or of anyone else's rights.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time, and you can delete your account from your account settings. Deleting your account removes the content you have published to the vault and cancels any active subscription. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risks, or legal requirements.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, and you and Manaflo LLC each consent to personal jurisdiction there.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the copyright policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the service. You may not assign them; we may assign them to a successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. The sections on user content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive the end of your account.
