The Players page is your table at a glance: everyone in the party, their health, their conditions, and the actions you take on them mid-session without opening a sheet.
Quick Notes
Add a player to the party

Player opens Add Characters as Players and adds an existing character to the table, with a counter showing how full the party is.
The character has to exist already, so create it on the Characters page first. An empty party says No players yet and offers both routes.
Read the party

The header reads Party with how many of the 25 places are used.
Each card carries the character's portrait, a health bar, and the account they belong to, or Unassigned if nobody is playing them yet.
Reorder the party

Cards can be dragged into whatever order suits you: turn order, seating, or grouping the party's front line together. The arrangement is remembered.
Update a player's stats

Tapping a hex or the heart on a card opens that stat directly, so a hit point change mid-fight does not mean opening the whole sheet.
The temporary HP heart opens its own control for one player, separately from the party-wide action.
Apply a status effect

Conditions are applied and managed from the card's status section, and each effect has its own menu with a Description for what it actually does.
Keep quick notes on a player

Notes on a card is somewhere to keep a line about that character: a secret, a debt, something they told you in private.
The player options menu

Player Options holds seven entries. Open puts the character sheet in a new tab and Summary shows it without leaving the page. Money and Inventory reach what they are carrying. Give Inspiration flips to Take Inspiration depending on whether they have it. Assign User has its own section below, and Remove takes them out of the party.
Assign a player to their character

Assign User links a joined account to a character, which is the step that gives someone control of their own sheet. Unassign User undoes it.
Until a character is assigned it belongs to nobody, and the player's game room stays empty.
Act on the whole party

The toolbar carries Status, Items, Money, Damage and Temp HP.
These apply to the whole party. There is no selection on this page. You do not tick players first, and the actions are simply unavailable until the party has someone in it.
When the party is full
At 25 players the add button stops working and says why when you hover it, rather than silently refusing.
