Shops are the merchants your party buys from. You decide what each one stocks, what it charges, whether it is open, and whether a given player is welcome enough to get a good price.
Quick Notes
Create a shop

Create Shop opens a drawer for its Name, its own Money, a Description and any Tags.
A shop having its own money matters when you barter, because it can run out of coin the same way a player can.
Pricing: discount and respect

Discount is a multiplier on every price in the shop, not a percentage off. 1 is list price, below 1 sells cheap, above 1 charges over the odds, so 0.8 is a fifth off and 1.2 is a fifth on top. It will not take a negative.
Players see the result on the shop card as Discounted or Marked up before they ever walk in.
Respect Level is the standing a character needs before the shop will deal at its better prices.
Open and close a shop

A shop's menu reads Open Shop or Close Shop, named for what pressing it does, not for the state it is in, so it never reads ambiguously mid-session.
Closed shops vanish from the players' list entirely.
Favorite the shops you use most

Favorite marks a shop so it is quick to find again. The menu item is always Favorite; only its icon changes to show the current state.
Find a shop

Search name... filters by name, and two toggles narrow the list to Filter Favorites or Filter Open Shops.
The sort control cycles as you press it: Sort by Name, Sorted A-Z, Sorted Z-A, then back off. Clear search and all filters resets everything.
The shop card menu

Each card carries Enter Shop, Favorite, its open or close action, Barter, Send to Library, Edit and Delete.
Work on several shops at once

Selecting shops gives you To Library, Favorite, Unfavorite, Open, Close and Delete across all of them.
Opening a night's worth of shops in one action is the usual reason to reach for this.
Inside a shop

Enter Shop takes you to its stock. On a wide screen you can switch between a grid and a list view; on a narrow one the switch is hidden and you get the layout that fits.
Add and edit stock

Each item in a shop carries four numbers: Price, Respect Level, Max Stock and Current Stock.
Hovering an item exposes quick actions to restock, edit or remove it, alongside the same actions in its menu.
Find something in the stock

Search stock... filters the shelves, and one Sort control orders them by name, by price, by how much is in stock, by max stock, by weight or by respect.
Clear search and sorting puts the shelves back.
The shop's own panels

Details shows the shop's own settings without leaving its stock.
Barters lists who is currently haggling with this shop, with a count so you can see at a glance whether anyone is waiting on you.
Barter with a player

Barter opens a live two-sided table with that player. Money and Add Items build your side of the offer, and each line can have its quantity changed or be taken off the table.
Confirm and complete a barter

Confirm locks your side so it cannot change under the player. Confirming again withdraws it.
When both sides agree the button becomes Complete. End Barter closes the negotiation with nothing exchanged. There is no cancel, because ending and refusing are the same thing.
Reuse shops through your Library

Send to Library keeps a shop and its stock outside this game, and Library brings one back in.
Shop tags are the one thing that does not travel, and the app says so plainly rather than dropping them silently.
