Bio
The Bio page is who your character is rather than what they can do: name, level, class, race, alignment, appearance, portrait, and the writing you want to keep about them.
It is also where you download your character as a file.
Quick Notes
- Everything on the page is edited from one Edit button.
- A downloaded character can be brought into another game, or used as a solo sheet.
Reading the page
The identity block holds your character's Level, Class and sub class, Race, Alignment and Appearance.
Below it, Character Bio is the long-form writing: history, motivation, whatever you want to remember about them.
Edit your bio
Edit opens Update Bio, where every field on the page is changed. There is no separate editor per field, because one button covers the whole page.
Set a portrait
The portrait is a click target. Selecting it opens Upload Image to set or replace the picture.
A character with no portrait yet shows No Image in its place, so it is clear the slot is empty rather than broken.
Download your character
Download opens Download Character Data and saves your character as a file.
That file is how a character moves: a host can upload it into their game, and you can bring it into a solo sheet of your own from your dashboard.
